Stakeholder surveys

Companies and organisations often have specific stakeholder performance indicators as part of their annual operational plans. Stakeholder research is an effective research tool that helps the client measure its performance as seen by stakeholder groups.

Depending on the type of organisation, as well as the number and size of stakeholder groups, MMResearch™ uses a range of methodologies. These include online surveys, telephone surveys, postal surveys, or indeed qualitative interviews.
